All returns and exchanges for purchases made on are to be done by emailing our Customer Service Department.  Please email us PRIOR to sending anything back in the mail. (We’re quite conscious of our carbon footprint.) In your email please provide:

Returns only apply to product that has been purchased from within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are all final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Proof of purchase is required. If you are returning due to a defect or product that was damaged during shipping we do require a photograph to be submitted to verify. (This is not because we don’t trust you. It’s just because, sadly, there are fraudsters out there who are not as honorable as our awesome customers.)

If your return is approved we will refund 100% of your order excluding outbound shipping costs. If you request an exchange or store credit, your replacement order will be sent out once your return has been approved by a Turq Customer Service Representative.
